Picture Lubec through its turbulent, roller-coaster history as you walk along Water Street, hearing the stories of days gone by.

Begin your exploration above the parking lot at the North end of Water Street - at the corner of Pleasant and Johnson Streets. Meander down Water Street hearing and seeing how the street (and Lubec) has changed and grown, who used to live here, and what they did (legal and il).

Approximate time: 1 hour to walk tour route. (Tour sound file is approx. 28 minutes in length).
Fitness Level: Minimal, easy walking. Careful walking is necessary. Sidewalks are uneven.
